Cancellations

Any “cancellation” made prior to shipping follows a “Market Loss Policy”.

 

Market Loss Policy:

When purchasing from Spring Hill Coin Shop once we have issued a confirmation number, the price is locked in for you and the transaction may not be cancelled, but only offset at our current ask price. Any deficit between the price at which we sold to you and the offsetting purchase price and/or prices, is your responsibility if your item(s) is cancelled or returned (the “Market Loss Policy”). That amount will be charged to you, plus a five percent (5%) cancellation/restocking fee for domestic U.S. transactions, along with any applicable shipping charges. You understand and agree that any market gain on cancellations or returns shall remain the property of Spring Hill Coin Shop.


 

Return Policy

We require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each item being returned; see below for the process to receive an RMA number.

Coins

Pertains to Coins and Currency including American Silver Eagles, Morgan Silver Dollars, Peace Silver Dollars, Typeset Coins, and Graded Currency listed for sale on our website at: www.springhillcoinshop.com.

Certified or Graded Coins follow a 3-Day Return Policy. In the event you return any coins, then you acknowledge and agree that all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any coin returned to Spring Hill Coin Shop will follow the Market Loss Policy and must be shipped via US Post Office at your expense and insured for its full value. Please call to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will need to reference it on your return shipment.

Shipping Responsibility:

All coins shipped to Spring Hill Coin Shop, whether for return or resale purposes, will be videotaped via our security system to ensure that the contents of the package match the included paperwork. Should a discrepancy arise, you will be notified immediately via phone or email.

When you return or send coins to Spring Hill Coin Shop, we will NOT assume any responsibility while coins are in transit. We will ONLY assume responsibility while coins are in the physical care, custody, and control of Spring Hill Coin Shop.

Certified non-bullion coins will NOT be accepted for return if the protective case has been damaged or tampered with. If the case has NOT been damaged or tampered with, returns will be accepted on certified coins only IF the original order is shipped to Spring Hill Coin Shop via US Post Office. It must be insured for their full value. Post marked no later than three (3) business days from the time the order is received by you.

 

Spring Hill Coin Shop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Jewelry 

Pertains to any jewelry listed for sale on our website at: www.springhillcoinshop.com. Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect:

Jewelry follows a 3-Day Return Policy on any damaged or defective item. Please call us at: (352) 585-9772 to start the damaged/defective/incorrect return process immediately. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for each item being returned. All items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. They must be accompanied by any, and all, original certificates and/or documentation. Once you have received the return shipping label with tracking, item must be dropped off within 3 days.

Not Damaged/Defective:

Any item that is not damaged or defective follows a 7-day Return Policy. However, undamaged, and non-defective items must be unworn, in their original sealed packaging, and accompanied by any, and all, original certificates and/or documentation. Please call us at: (352) 585-9772 to start the Undamaged/Non-Defective return process. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for each item being returned. You will reference this number on your return package.

In the event you return any undamaged, and non-defective jewelry, then you acknowledge and agree that all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and subject to a restocking fee.  Any jewelry returned to Spring Hill Coin Shop must be shipped back within 7 days of initial receipt of item.

Restocking fee: five percent (5%) cancellation/restocking fee for domestic U.S. transactions, along with any applicable shipping charges.

Spring Hill Coin Shop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Pertains to any Sports Cards or Trading Cards listed for sale on our website at: www.springhillcoinshop.com. Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
